We are a small Jewellery Gifting business that was launched in 2020 but has been growing exponentially month over month this last year.
We are looking to hire enthusiastic candidates that are eager to learn, grow and add value to our business.
The role includes many e-commerce activities but is centred around Customer Service and manual picking/packing of jewellery orders daily.
Tasks
- Picking and packing eCommerce orders daily, running pre-dispatch checks and streaming/packaging all orders in line with company procedures and standards
- Participate in ongoing stocktake activities
- Checking all incoming stock and reporting any discrepancies
- Manage customer service enquiries via live chat & emails
- Support the business with adding new lines on Shopify and researching the market
Required attributes
- Shopify Knowledge
- Proficient in English
- Can work to deadlines
- Organised and meticulous with detail
- Target Driven
- Customer Focussed
- (Preferred) 1 Years experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery/fashion industry
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with Shopify experience.
