Machine Operative
We are recruiting for the position of Machine Operative in the Blackburn area working for a manufacturing company.
Role and responsibilities of Machine Operative:
- Working with high temperature ovens
- Applying liquid to a copper / aluminium conductor
- Chemical Handling
- Following health a safety guidelines
- Working at heights
Experience preferred for Machine Operative
- Understanding of written and spoken English
- Numeracy skills
- Computer Literate
- Good hand to eye coordination skills
- Dexterity
- Manuel Handling
Details
- 12 hour shifts 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am (Must be able to work both including weekends)
- £12.84 per hour - training rate rising to £14.24 per hour when fully trained
- Lots of overtime available
- Permanent positions
- 4 on 4 off shift pattern ( 2 days followed by 2 nights)
