Summary:
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:30 - 18:00 (Saturday pro-rata, approx 1 of 4-6)

e-PA is an outsourced customer service specialist. As an e-PA, you will represent multiple businesses across the UK, dealing with their calls and customer services. Though primarily phone based, customer may also communicate by email, website live chat, or our exciting new option, live video chat.
Daily duties include:
- Answering calls, taking accurate contact information and messages
- Booking appointments and updating online diaries or software
- Answering e-mails and website live chat enquiries
- Managing and updating client portfolios
Skills required:
- Fast typing speed
- Strong computer literacy
- Good spelling and grammar
- Problem-solving skills
Additional role details:
- Potential for additional payment via generous commission scheme.
- The role will be subject to the company standard 6 month probation period. Successful completion will result in enrollment to a private medical scheme wherein most private medical expenses can be refunded to you.
